Memorial Day weekend

Tyler had a very busy 1st Memorial Day. Unfortunately, it rained most of the weekend, so we had to cancel our plans to play at the pool and the beach. But, the highlights did include Tyler's Gigi and Guckie coming to visit from St Pete, a playdate with his girlfriend, Gabi, and a lunch date with mommy and daddy at Mizner Park.

We went over the Gabi's house on Saturday for a pool party, but ending up having to stay inside because of the rain. Instead, the babies played and the adults enjoyed cocktails! :) We all shared pizza for dinner and Tyler and Gabi very much enjoyed nibbling on the crust. To finish off the fun day, Tyler and Gabi had their 1st co-ed tubby time! They had so much fun splashing together and being cute.

All dressed up and ready to go to lunch with mommy and daddy. It was quite a bonus to have daddy home for an extra day this weekend. Why can't every weekend be a holiday weekend?!?

Tyler and Mommy have been busy making plans for the big FIRST birthday coming up in a few weeks. It's hard to believe that Tyler will be a year old. This past year has flown by with lots of fun and excitement. He is getting so big and enjoying all kinds of foods. His current favorites are cheese (just like his mommy!), blueberries, pear, pasta and pizza. We're so excited to see what this next year holds for us!
