Mommy's First Mother's Day

Yesterday was the 1st Mother's Day for Tyler and mommy! Daddy planned a wonderful day. We all woke up and had breakfast together. Tyler tried scrambled eggs for the first time and loved them! Then, it was off to the park. Tyler just had to wear his new Nike sneakers - you know, just in case he decided to start walking while we were there. :)

Then, after Tyler's afternoon nap, we went up to Atlantic Avenue to walk around outside and stop in some shops. While we were there, we found another park and just had to stop for some swing time. Check out the dare devil trying to fall out of the swing!

After our 2nd park visit for the day, we had a nice casual dinner at Mellow Mushroom. We ordered macaroni and cheese for Tyler and he sure did love it!

While at dinner, Tyler figured out how to tune out his mommy. I'm not sure what the future holds if he is not even a year old and already doesn't want to listen!! :)
